Robert,
 I just wanted to send you an e-mail to say thank you. For a long time i have been struggling with issues concerning my credit. I was unsure if i would ever be able to achieve having good credit (forget about excellent credit) however, since speaking with you things have definitely looked up. Thanks to your advice and advice from a co-worker instructing me on how to dispute items on line, things are finally looking up. I went from having 3 negative and 0 positive items on my credit report to having 0 negative and 2 positive items.
